5 Snacks Every Nurse Should Have in Their Pocket

There are so many different kinds an brands that it’s important that you not eat just any bar, but a bar with at least 5 g of fiber and protein and less than 15 g of sugar. You want a bar that is the least processed so you can get the most nutrients.

Ok so these can’t really be in your pocket but you can keep them on hand. Protein bits provide you with a good amount of protein, mono- and polyunsaturated fats so you can fuel your body with the right nutrients. Once again, protein bites can also satisfy that sweet craving you’ve been having around 3 in the afternoon, and are a great substitute for a cookie. If you don’t have a recipe, you’re in luck!
