This is a great bar on the go (and a very tasty one). GoMacro Vegan Protein Bars have 12g of organic protein and a good amount of good fats (mono- and polyunsaturated). Because of its content it’s sure to keep you satiated between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner

A handful of nuts and dried fruit

This salty and sweet snack is known to be energy boosting and high in protein, with less than 15 g of sugar (when proportioned right). Keeping this in a bag in your pocket would be ideal allowing you to reach in and munch whenever you like. Just remember to wash your hands first! 😉

Granola bar

Granola bars are a great snack because they can fit anywhere. There are so many different kinds an brands that it’s important that you not eat just any bar, but a bar with at least 5 g of fiber and protein and less than 15 g of sugar. You want a bar that is the least processed so you can get the most nutrients.

These bars are high in protein and low in sugar but are bound to take care of that sweet craving you’ve been having, AND, keep you satiated until your next meal.

Ok so these can’t really be in your pocket but you can keep them on hand. Protein bits provide you with a good amount of protein, mono- and polyunsaturated fats so you can fuel your body with the right nutrients. Once again, protein bites can also satisfy that sweet craving you’ve been having around 3 in the afternoon, and are a great substitute for a cookie. If you don’t have a recipe, you’re in luck! Luckily I have a Peanut Butter Protein Bite one on hand.
